The schedule can be read as follows:
Every presentation slot contains in the top right two icons:
-
A triangle (🔽). When clicked, a list of talks in that session is shown.

A square raster. When clicked, a pop-up opens with the talks and their respective abstracts.
The programme can be locally edited; this does not affect the online source schedule. With this functionality, you can create your own schedule of talks you want to attend during the conference. This schedule can be exported using the green save button at the top of the page.
To find your own talk, you can use the search functionality at the top of the page. Enter your name, and your presentation slot will light up.
Quick overview
Venue map
Almost all events take place at the Pesthuis (see the venue map below), except for the Movie Afternoon on Tuesday, April 14th, the Women+ in Evolutionary & Behavioural Sciences Event on Wednesday, April 15th, and the conference dinner. Information on the conference dinner is added in the next section.
The Movie Afternoon takes place at Het Kijkhuis (Vrouwenkerksteeg 10, Leiden), approximately a 10-minute walk from Leiden Centraal.
The Women+ in Evolutionary & Behavioural Sciences Event takes place at Lab071, a cafe within a 5-minute walk from the Pesthuis.
Conference dinner
The Conference Dinner takes place at the SandCbar in Katwijk (Boulevard Zeezijde 43, Katwijk).
Transport to the SandCBar from Leiden
1. Touring car
There is a touring car leaving near het Pesthuis (in front of the natural history museum Naturalis) at 17.45, right after the Annual General Meeting. If you can't find it, please contact Max van Duijn (telephone number on top of the practical information page).
2. Public Transport
If you wish to take a regular bus, you can take the 401 from Leiden Centraal Westzijde to Katwijk and get off at Katwijk, Vuurbaak. From there, it is a 5-minute walk. You can also take the 31 from Leiden Centraal to Katwijk and get also off at Katwijk, Vuurbaak. The touring car is aiming to be at the restaurant around 18.15.
Transport from the SandCBar to Leiden
1. Public Transport
There is no touring car going back to Leiden. Everyone needs to take a bus or a cab/Uber back. The 31 to Leiden Centraal leaves from Katwijk, Vuurbaak, and the 401 to Zoetermeer via Leiden Centraal leaves from Katwijk, Boulevard-Zuid (or Katwijk, Vuurbaak).
Please note that the last bus leaves at 00:07!

2. Taxi
You can either take the Uber or any other cab company. A trustworthy company in the area is Taxi Brouwer.
